240 Union has been serving the West Metro area fabulous meals and spirits in its one of a kind, showroom of a restaurant since 1989. Our sixty foot, open kitchen puts on quite a show as we prepare the finest contemporary American cuisine in the area. Chefs Nicolle Verville and Arnand Chaturvedula change the menu with the seasons, and offer a daily specials page with a variety of the freshest selections and fish available. Hand tossed, applewood oven-roasted pizzas and specialty pastas round out our selections featuring premiere beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
